Kendal Autobody aim to help our customers find the quickest and most cost effective way to manage their claim. We have an in-house assessor who is only too pleased to answer any queries you may have.

For all insurance repairs Kendal Autobody guarantee to:

  • Carry out a full assessment of damage
  • Produce a damage assessment report
  • Find out if you require a courtesy car whilst the repair is being carried out
  • Submit a report to the Insurance Company
  • Seek authorisation from the Insurance Company to carry out repairs
  • Agree with you the timescale for repair and a convenient booking in date
  • Proceed with the repair
  • After completion, return the car to you fully repaired, washed and cleaned – inside and out
